Depression hurts.It is black dog of the mind that robs you of joy .The unquiet that keep you awake throughout the night.It is the noonday DEMON that only you can see.The darkness visible only to you.Yet,ironically ,nothing reduced seem to help . at least not for long .The sad fact for the matter is once you been depressed.It tend to remain even you been feeling better for months!U start to wonder?A sense of emptinessovercome.So help is needed ..
